Harvested at peak ripeness, our whole durians are rapidly frozen to preserve their natural flavor, aroma, and creamy texture. Stored at -18°C, they can be kept for up to 24 months under proper cold chain conditions.

For consumption, thaw at room temperature for 2–3 hours before enjoying.
